Dr. Victor Ferrari

Medical Director, Stay Dry Centers Charlotte, NC

Dr. Ferrari, a recognized leader in plastic surgery, has been the medical director of StayDry Center since its’ inception because he trusts in the technologies that the Center has to offer. He states, “Even though I am a surgeon, I am always looking for technologies that can achieve great results without surgery. If we can avoid surgical procedures and still achieve the patient’s goals, then it’s a win-win for everyone. The state-of-the art devices here not only do this, they also have minimal if any downtime”

Full Bio

Dr. Ferrari, a board-certified plastic surgeon, grew up in Charlotte and has been practicing in Miami and here for over 20 years. He graduated with honors from Davidson College and then went on to earn his Doctorate at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Medicine. He trained at some of the top General Surgery and Plastic Surgery Residency training programs in the country and was elected “Chief Resident” in both specialties. He has received multiple prestigious awards including “Top Plastic Surgeon”, “Top Doctor”, “Then National Registry of Who’s Who”, “The Marquis Guide to Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare”, “Ten Best Plastic Surgeons of 2018”, and “Best Plastic Surgeons of America”. In addition to speaking at international and national medical meetings as well as TV appearances, he has also written a best-selling plastic surgery book titled “Body By Ferrari”. Currently in addition to serving as the Medical Director for StayDry Centers he owns and practices at the award winning, Premier Plastic Surgery Center in Matthews, NC.

Kristyn Keen, ME
Lead Emsella Technician

Kristyn Keen is the founder and lead Emsella Technician at StayDry Centers in Charlotte. Her clinical experience in the industry is extremely varied. Most recently she was the lead Medical Esthetician and founder at CoolRenewal Spas in Charlotte and Lake Norman. As not only a provider at StayDry Centers, but also a patient she can offer an empathetic understanding of what her patients are experiencing. A true leader and deep concern for patient outcomes, Kristyn is excited to bring this cutting-edge technology to Charlotte.

John Keen
Operations Director

John Keen serves as our Operations Director here at StayDry Centers. John has a long history as an entrepreneur and successful businessman in our area. He co-founded CoolRenewal Spas in Charlotte and Lake Norman and expanded it to the largest provider of CoolSculpting in the United States. After selling the business in 2017, John has worked as a consultant in the Medical Aesthetics industry traveling all over the US meeting with doctors and practice owners helping them improve their operations. He is looking forward to working with a company like StayDry Centers that truly changes the quality of life for women and men in our area.

Pam Guice
Emsella Technician

Pam Guice is an Emsella Technician here at StayDry Centers in Charlotte. She has a varied and extensive background in the healthcare industry. Pam was a Certified Medical Assistant at Mecklenburg OB-GYN and assisted physicians with all in office procedures. Most recently she worked with Healthy Charlotte Alliance. Pam enjoys developing relationships with her patients here at StayDry Centers and looks forward to helping spread the word about Emsella here in the Charlotte market.
